Purpose of job : To help us meet our customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

 

 

Job Description

  • Create & Support Marketing Strategy
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relation by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Prepare Marketing Reports by analyzing and summarizing information
  • Identify Business opportunities and target markets
  • Formulate business proposal according to customer’s business needs
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meeting or via telephone

Personal Requirements

  • Must be graduated
  • At least 3 years of sales experience ( prefer if from related field)
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Meeting sales goals, Negotiation, Selling to customer needs, Building Relationship, Market Knowledge and Managing Process.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Self-confidence and initiative

Job Skills

  • Leadership Skills: You will have to resolve conflicts. Your job is to motivate your colleague, working with them to set and meet sales goals.
  • Analytical Skills: You will take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and determine pricing.
  • Customer Service: You might need to speak with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients. Customer service skills will be necessary.
  • Communication Skills: A big part of sales and leadership is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
